Back pain is a 'musculoskeletal disorder'. Musculoskeletal conditions are a major cause of individuals being off unwell from work. Physiotherapy is extremely reliable with MSDs. In one research, 80 per cent of people who had physiotherapy for their musculoskeletal disorder were able to continue working and did not have to go off ill.
